You will be able to make this bread and it will not affect your diet or your health. It will prove to help you in more ways than one. You will be able to bake gluten free bread with out the use of flour. There are usually a number of items in the market the will say they are gluten free, like bread like substitutions.
You will need a bread maker for this recipe, but if you are used to making your own tailored food to fit your diet, you probably already have one. This recipe will make one loaf of the gluten free bread or it will make a great white bread if you decide to leave out the grain ingredients.
The Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups of white or brown rice flour
½ cup of maize meal
¼ cup of glutinous rice flour
1 Tblsp caster sugar
1 tsp yeast aka Fermipan
370 ml water & 3 Tblsp Milkpowder OR lactose free milk
3x60g eggs (beaten and at room temperature)
½ soy flour
¼ cup of tapioca starch
3 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp salt
3 Tblsp light olive oil
1 tsp vinegar
Grain Ingredients:
Sesame seeds
Raw linseed
Poppy seed
